Furniture or articles at home will be stained and lose their luster if they are used for a long time! I don’t know how to handle it if I want to maintain it. The following small series will share 10 cleaning tips to make your household items look brand-new!
1. Carpet
Mix vinegar and water in a ratio of 1:2 and put them in a spray bottle. Spray the prepared vinegar-water mixture on the carpet, and then iron it with an iron, and the carpet will return to its original appearance!
2, leather accessories
This is the simplest, as long as there is a wet paper towel to wipe it!
3. Canvas shoes
Mixing dishwashing liquid, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda in a ratio of 1:3:2 can transform shoes into a brand-new pair of canvas shoes.
4, tile gap
Mix chlorine-containing bleach with water in a ratio of 1:1, and then wipe the gaps between tiles. Remember to keep ventilation!
5, baking tray
There must be burnt grease on the baking tray. Add hydrogen peroxide and baking soda together to form a paste-like mixture, cover it on the dirty place of the baking tray, wait for about 20-30 minutes and clean it, then you can restore the original yellowed baking tray to bright and clean!
6. Pot
Sprinkle some salt on the surface of the bottom of the pot, spray a little white vinegar on it, and then brush it with a melon cloth, and the original black bottom of the pot will become shiny again!
7. Furniture made of fine materials
Furniture made of this material should be especially careful, because they are not easy to clean. We can soak the stained place of the cloth with alcohol sponge, then gently brush it with a brush, and then put it in a ventilated place to dry, so that this precious furniture can return to its original appearance.
8. Leather furniture
Leather chairs often have scratches or creases after sitting for a long time. If you want to maintain leather, you can dip baby oil or olive oil with cotton balls and wipe them on leather furniture to maintain the skin. If there are still traces, just continue to repeat the above actions!
9. Chopping board
As long as you dip a sponge in lemon juice and salt, you can restore the old chopping block to a brand-new look.
10. Iron pot
Prepare a few things: oven cleaner, white vinegar, gloves and garbage bags.
(1) First of all, we cover the whole pot with oven cleaner, then put the pot in a garbage bag, seal and tie it and leave it for 1-2 days.
(2) Then take it out and clean it.
(3) After washing, repeat the action for more than one time. This time, it will be OK if it is left for about one day!
(4) After the time is up, wash the pot, and then mix water and vinegar into a solution at a ratio of 1:1 to wipe the pot.
(5) Then raise the hot oven to 250℃ and put the pan in for about one hour.
(6) When the time is up, take out the pot, carefully pour in some olive oil, wait for the hot iron pot metal to absorb part of the oil, and then wipe off the excess oil with a clean cloth.
(7) Put the pot into the oven again, but this time put the bottom of the pot up.
(8) Take out the wok after 15 minutes, repeat the actions (6) and (7), then take out the wok, let it cool and clean it.
Now let’s see if the pot is as clean as new. !
