We all know that it is not advisable to eat too much instant noodles, eating too much is very bad for the body, and in serious cases, there is the possibility of cancer. However, in many cases, eating instant noodles will become the only choice, so what to do? I’m the webmaster of LifeMagic.com, today I’ll share with you the way I eat instant noodles and try to minimize the damage.
The vast majority of instant noodles currently on the market are specially processed, and even if they don’t contain preservatives, they can still affect your health due to high oil and salt. For example, the noodles are fried or dried in order to remove moisture; various seasonings that we don’t know about are added in order to enhance the flavor, and there are also oil packets, so I really don’t know what kind of oil is put in them.
With the principle of minimizing the harm, here is how I eat instant noodles:
First of all, when you buy instant noodles, try to pick non-fried noodles, usually on the package will indicate “non-fried”.
I usually soak the noodles twice. The first time I soak it, some oil will float out, and when the noodles are not yet very soft, pour off the water. Then, add boiling water for the second soak, along with the veggie packet to soak with it. If you have scallions at home, you can cut a little and add them, so you don’t need to put in the vegetable packets. After the noodles are soaked, add a little salt, sesame oil and chicken essence (MSG). I usually don’t eat the oil and sauce packets that come in the package.
If you can, add some eggs, cilantro, lettuce, garlic cloves, or spicy sauce to make it more flavorful!
If you are out and about and don’t have the means, you can’t be too casual about eating instant noodles. When you eat it, don’t put the oil packet in, don’t add all the seasoning packet, and don’t drink the soup! Remember, don’t drink the soup!
In fact, when we buy noodles, can come with a packet of squash, small bottle of spicy sauce, etc., even if you do not eat the seasoning packet, with these can also make the noodles very tasty!
One final note, there is no healthy way to eat instant noodles because eating instant noodles is inherently unhealthy! Some people will say, I’m so mixed up that I can only eat instant noodles, what do I care if it’s healthy or not? In fact, whether poor or rich, health is the most important thing! So, even if we eat instant noodles, we should try to minimize its harm!
Sharing is caring!
